Do prices displayed on the website include taxes?
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax  (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, as well as shipping charges, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page.

What is the difference between expedited and express shipping?
Delivery options that take three days, excluding weekends, would be considered expedited. This includes two-day, next-day, and same-day deliveries. Do not confuse expedited shipping with express shipping. While both take less time than standard shipping, express shipping usually, not always, means a two-day or next-day delivery, excluding weekends.

I input the wrong address, and now its being sent back, what can I do?
We regret to inform you that in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address input resulting in the return of your package by the courier we recommend that the buyer intercepts the package through the mail service and contacts their post office for assistance.

Afterwards, two options are available:

1) Reshipment: Should you opt to have the order resent upon its return to the warehouse, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. Any returns due to incorrect addressing will result in additional shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

2) Order Cancellation: Alternatively, should you choose to cancel the order upon its return to the warehouse, a restocking fee of 25% of the total order value will be applied to your account.

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?
Yes so long as your order is not already packed and/or shipped, please text us right away email us at info@muslimah-collection.com 

My tracking says delivered but I have yet to receive my order.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days from your order's delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact the carrier to investigate further.

Are shipping fees refundable?
All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.

Why isn’t my package moving when I check tracking?
Shipment details are updated at various points in package’s journey between pickup and delivery. The frequency of scans may vary and it is not unusual for a shipment that’s on its way to go more than 24 hours without an update, especially during periods of long travel.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Muslimah Collections is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Deliveries outside of Canada may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any applicable duties & taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges. International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.

UK and Australian Shipping
The estimated shipping times for deliveries to the UK and Australia are currently 15-30 business days. While we hope and expect that your order will arrive within 15-30 business days, please be aware that it could take up to the maximum of 30-45 days days using our regular shipping method.

Various factors, including customs clearance procedures, local postal service efficiency, and unexpected delays, may impact the delivery timeframe.

When will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will get an email once your order is ready to be picked up. It takes between 5-7 business days for the location to receive your order. Please note that during high volume periods, it might take longer to process and ship your order. So please be patient, it's coming!

How much time do I have to pick up my order?
You have 7 days to pick up your order from the moment you receive the "Ready for pickup" email. If you do not pick up your order within those 7 days merchandise will be returned and you will no longer be able to claim your order.

* If you do not pick it up within the 7 days: Restocking fees of 20% of your total order will be applied until you pick up your order and/or your order may be returned and refunded (less any storage fees) if arrangements cannot be made.




Please note that all purchases made outside of Canada are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. No exceptions.

By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge that we will provide compensation or a replacement item, only if the item was defective.


We would be happy to exchange (only) any purchase within 14 days only for Canadian addresses from the original date of purchase. All purchases must be returned in its original condition with a receipt.


All exchanges will be subject to stock availability. Canadian exchanges may be subject to a delivery charge made payable by the recipient. Once we have received your exchange request, we will begin to process your exchange within 48-72 hours. Please note refunds are processed once we have received the product and usually takes between 5-7 business days.

We kindly request that you first consult with your designated financial institution to inquire about your refund status prior to contacting our team. Thank you for your cooperation.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

HEADWEAR: HIJABS/ KUFIS/ KEFFIYEHS/ IQAL: Please note that ALL of these are considered final sale, as a measure to ensure safety and hygiene standards. These items are apparel worn directly on the head and face. Due to the nature of their use, they may come into contact with sweat, oils, and potentially lice. For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on these items at all, except in cases where the item is defective.

How long do I have to make an exchange?

Most regular-priced merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days.
*Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on CLEARANCE or any other product marked "final sale". Exceptions may be made if the merchandise was found to be defective.

Item(s) you wish to return or exchange must undamaged, unworn and unwashed, in the original packaging, accompanied by the invoice. 


A. Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
B. Please include customer name, packing slip, order date, and order number.
C. Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable postal carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
All shipping costs on the original purchase, including those incurred for returns, are non-refundable. 

Where can I find my receipt?
You will find it attached to the email you received when your order was shipped. Please note that your receipt is essential for exchanging or returning items.

When will I receive the refund for my return?
Upon receipt of your item, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional few days for the refund to be fully processed in your account. 


Sample sale items encompass a range of products that may have been utilized for showcasing purposes or photoshoots, and as such, they may have been worn by models or mannequins and thus be steamed once. Please be aware that these items might exhibit minor stains or be heavily wrinkled due to their previous use.

We would like to inform you that all sample sale items are considered final sale, and no exceptions will be made.


If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team, and include a photo of the item. We will do our best to replace the item if still in stock.

All refunds are subject to approval and must meet the requirements outlined in our return policy. We reserve the right to deny a refund if it does not meet the conditions of our return policy.



Can I get a price adjustment if the price of an item goes on sale or on promotion? 
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for online purchases. Our promotions cannot be applied towards previous purchases.
