**Shipping Policy**
**Shipping within the U.S. and Canada**
We offer both expedited and express shipping options for orders in the U.S. and Canada. Expedited shipping typically includes delivery within three business days, excluding weekends, and can include two-day, next-day, and same-day options. Please note, expedited shipping is distinct from express shipping. While both methods are faster than standard shipping, express shipping is generally even quicker, with a target of two-day or next-day delivery, also excluding weekends.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders, including those for returns.
**Shipping to the UK and Australia**
For orders shipped to the UK and Australia, delivery is estimated to take between 15-30 business days using our standard shipping method. While we strive to meet this timeframe, please allow up to 30-45 business days in cases of potential delays. Various factors, such as customs clearance and local postal service efficiency, can affect the delivery time.
**Exchanges and Returns**
**Outside of Canada**
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions are allowed unless an item is defective, in which case we will offer compensation or a replacement.
**Within Canada**
We gladly accept exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the original purchase date for orders shipped to Canadian addresses. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition with the receipt included. All exchanges are subject to stock availability, and customers are responsible for the shipping costs on exchanges made due to buyer's remorse, such as issues with size, color, quality, or if the item was ordered by mistake.
Once we receive your exchange request, we will begin processing it within 48-72 hours. Refunds for returns will be issued once the product is received, typically taking 5-7 business days to process. We recommend checking with your bank about the refund status before contacting our team for assistance.
**Exclusions: Headwear**
For health and hygiene reasons, items worn directly on the head or face—such as hijabs, kufis, keffiyehs, and iqals—are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects.
**Exchange Policy**
Most regular-priced merchandise is eligible for exchange within 14 days. Clearance items or items marked "final sale" are not eligible for exchange or return, except if defective. Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with the invoice included.
**Returning by Mail**
1. Place unworn and unwashed items, with tags attached, in their original packaging when possible.
2. Include your name, packing slip, order date, and order number.
3. Add a note explaining the reason for the return and your requested exchange item.
4. Affix the appropriate postage and send the return package via a trackable postal carrier. You are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping cost of the exchange item (an invoice for this will be sent when the exchange item is ready).

**Important Note:**
We recommend using a traceable postal carrier for all returns. We cannot be responsible for packages that are not received if sent without tracking. All original shipping costs, including those for returns, are non-refundable.
**Receipt Information**
Your receipt will be attached to the confirmation email sent when your order ships. This receipt is essential for any exchanges or returns.
**Refund Timeline**
Once we receive your returned item, please allow approximately 10 business days for your credit to be processed. Depending on your bank, additional days may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
